Billing questions
Before you pick a plan
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. Create an account, set up your team, and use every feature for 14 days. You add a card only when you pick a plan.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- You choose a plan to keep going. Your records stay where they are while you decide, and you can export everything at any time.
- What counts as an employee?
- Active employees. When someone leaves, deactivate them: they stop counting toward your plan, and their records and renewal history stay in your account.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, from Settings, at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
- What does annual billing save?
- Two months. Annual plans are $490, $990, and $1,990 a year, which is ten months at the monthly price.
